Our Mission
An invisible sea of foster kids is in crisis today simply because society believes they are “too old” to be loved. Our mission is to remind society that foster kids of all ages are valuable and worthy of love–that every kid should have at least one person who will always be there for them.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every kid who leaves foster care finds at least one person who will be there for them—to answer life’s questions, share a laugh and a tear, or simply to hug and be hugged back.
FosterOn:
Activates volunteers and donors to get involved in the lives of kids experiencing foster care
Connects them with local programs to support families and kids in their own area
Provides ongoing coaching, support and community to volunteers
Sheds light on the plight of kids whom society believes are “too old” to be loved
What can you do to help?
There's a lot of things we need you for.
Take the Pledge
Pledge to resist negative and hurtful myths about kids in foster care, and support change that recognizes that there are no throw away kids.
